Pennsylvania’s courts must remain independent and shouldn’t be gerrymandered to favor one political party over another. We are all Pennsylvanians and deserve fair, non-partisan courts.
Unfortunately, some legislators in Harrisburg want to take away your votes in judicial elections and give themselves the power to gerrymander the courts like they have their own districts.
They want to take power from you as a voter and increase their own power over the courts that hold them accountable. No Pennsylvania voters should be disenfranchised.
