Affordability: Residents cannot afford rising rents. Without strong protections, seniors, families, and people on fixed incomes face displacement from the city they have called home for decades.

The Urgency Ordinance will stop park owners from rushing through rent hikes and other harmful changes before the permanent protections take effect. The Revised RSO will close loopholes, strengthen rent caps, and ensure fair rules that protect all residents.
