REJECT Pax Silica and US-Israeli expansion in the Philippines!

President Bongbong Marcos

Philippine Communications Office

President Bongbong Marcos and United States officials have unveiled a 1,600-hectare artificial intelligence hub in the Luzon Economic Corridor in Clark City. Led by Pax Silica, a project by Israel Defense Forces veterans associated with spyware used against Palestinians — the hub will operate massive data centers and process critical minerals like nickel and copper for US tech supply chains, putting the Philippines in the middle of the US military-industrial complex and directly feeding the US-Israel genocide in Palestine.

This deepens PBBM’s collusion with the US-Israel military while diverting land and energy toward corporate AI infrastructure instead of addressing our urgent needs amid the energy crisis.

With the agreement still not finalized, public pressure can still stop this project!

Reject the Pax Silica deal, stand in solidarity with Palestinians, and denounce US-Israeli expansion in the Philippines by signing the petition!

We urge your administration to immediately cancel the Pax Silica deal and reject the further expansion of U.S.-Israel interests in the Philippines. This project risks turning Philippine land, infrastructure, and resources into tools for foreign military and corporate interests while Filipinos are left to suffer the brunt of the energy crisis.

We reject the Philippines’ growing complicity in Israeli aggression against Palestinians. Philippine resources should serve the Filipino people, not fuel war, repression, and displacement abroad.

We call on your administration to reject Pax Silica and uphold Philippine sovereignty.
