Join your WFSE brothers and sisters and stand up to fight upper management forcing US to work more hours by reverting during holiday weeks! It disrupts the lives of those who have fought for alternative schedules. We need your help to sign this petition and make a statement for DCYF Secretary Senn, unless business need is stated, stop taking advantage of us!

We, the undersigned WFSE members of DCYF, demand that upper management allow alternate work schedules during holiday weeks. We further demand management provide reasonable and undeniable business needs for schedule changes in writing on an individual basis. Upper management has stated multiple times in statewide UMCCs, Townhalls, and All-Staff's across the state that a human-centered workforce and a work-life balance is important to a successful State Agency. DCYF upper management needs to adhere to these values. WFSE members are asking for a response from DCYF Secretary Tana Senn within 21 days of receipt of petition with tangible and actionable response.
