The building at 120 E Beaver Ave is not a property. It is not an investment, nor a portfolio item. It is a home to dozens of State College community members, some of whom have lived there for over 20 years. To force these people to leave their homes so that the building can be re-developed for a more profitable enterprise is an affront to the personal dignity and livelihood of those who currently live there.

I am signing this petition because I believe Addison Court should be preserved as affordable, low-income housing so that the many people who call it home can continue to do so. I urge all petitioned parties to explore every possible solution to make this happen.
