Save Drayton Road Lidl for the local community

Our Lidl store on Drayton Road is under imminent threat of closure. Norwich Green Party supports residents who want it to stay open. Many people who use the store are able to walk there but may need to use a car to reach another budget supermarket. Some of the other businesses on the roundabout are likely to loose custom if there is less footfall. At a time when more housing is being built in the area and we want to reduce car use and air pollution please support our petition to keep the store open.

While we may get a new store on the outskirts of the city, this is not going to be any help to the Mile Cross residents who rely on this store to stay afloat.
