Sell Monica's Home Back!

Christophe Attard of Welcome to Realty, LLC

Monica's story highlights the devastating impact of housing instability on families. After the Town Center Metro District foreclosed on her property due to unpaid fines and WELCOME TO REALTY 401K LLC (owned by Chris Attard) purchased it, Attard allowed Monica and her family to stay in exchange for monthly payments. Attard then borrowed $300,000 against the property and later refused Monica's offer to repurchase it. Recently, Monica received a notice to vacate the home.

Update : August 2025, the City of Denver ruled that WELCOME TO REALTY 401K LLC purchased the home illegally. However,Chris Attard of WELCOME TO REALTY 401K LLC has appealed this court ruling and displaced and evicted Monica's family. BUT WE ARE STILL FIGHTING! Monica has all the necessary funds and paper work ready to repurchase her home back from Chris TODAY. We still need your support to urge Chirs to sell Monica’s home back.

This situation isn't just about housing policy; it's about the impact on a family and community. Monica's children are now facing instability and disillusionment due to this abuse of power and greed. We must protect children from the trauma of housing instability and recognize that homes are more than just transactions; they are the heart of a family's life and community.

A system that prioritizes fines and foreclosure over families ultimately undermines the well-being of the entire community.

Dear Mr. Attard,

We have come together to urge you to accept Monica’s offer to repurchase her home in Green Valley Ranch. Monica is a dedicated member of her community. She regularly volunteers at their food bank. Monica has also worked to support her friends and neighbors in their efforts to house migrant families. She advocates for improvements in her community, specifically addressing unfair practices by HOAs and metro districts. As a mother and a respected figure in Green Valley Ranch, her contributions have made a significant impact. We believe that every coloradan regardless of their zip code, the faith that they follow, the language that they speak of the amount of money in their wallet deserves the ability to have access to a safe and secure home like the one Monica has built in Green Valley Ranch. We believe that this transaction represents a replication of historic disparities and you have the opportunity not only for a fair financial outcome but also for a meaningful impact on a family deeply rooted in this community.

Monica, like many homeowners in Green Valley Ranch, has faced extraordinary challenges due to the Green Valley Ranch Metro District aggressive fine and foreclosure practices. Despite these hardships, she has demonstrated tremendous resilience and commitment by working to secure the necessary resources to repurchase her home, this time doubling her offer to reflect its value and her deep desire to remain in her home with her children.
Monica’s home is more than just a place to live, it is where she has built a life, raised her children, and contributed to a close-knit community. Allowing her to buy it back would prevent unnecessary displacement and financial hardship while preserving the deep connections that make Green Valley Ranch a strong and supportive neighborhood.

Communities thrive not just through property values but through the relationships that form within them. Green Valley Ranch is a place where families look out for one another, celebrate together, and provide support in times of need. By selling Monica her home, you have the power to uphold that sense of stability, not just for Monica’s family, but for the many neighbors who rely on these bonds.
We urge you to take this opportunity to do right by Monica and her children while reinforcing the strength of a community that so many call home. Your decision can help ensure that Green Valley Ranch remains a place where families continue to grow and thrive.
