We, the undersigned residents, neighbors and supporters of the City of Richmond, respectfully urge City Council to oppose the Special Use Permit application for the proposed high-density townhouse development at 4101 Grove Avenue, Richmond. This development would create land-use conflicts that threaten the future of the Richmond Greek Festival and would significantly alter the established character of the surrounding neighborhood through increased traffic, parking impacts and safety concerns.

We believe Richmond can plan for future growth while honoring its cultural traditions and preserving neighborhood character. We respectfully ask City Council to oppose this proposed development and support solutions that protect both the Richmond Greek Festival and the integrity of the community.
