These eight anti-democratic members of Pennsylvania's congressional delegation must resign.
Pennsylvania's Congressional Delegation
We are all reeling from the news that thousands of right-wing extremists descended upon the Capitol Building with the clear intent to overthrow our government. Their actions endangered lives, made vulnerable our entire system of government, and clearly came at the direction of failed leadership of numerous elected officials who preferred to stoke the fires of hate rather than unify the country around the clear winner of the election.
Here in Pennsylvania, we know their names, and we must hold them responsible, whether through expulsion by the 14th Amendment or in the next election in two years.
Here are the members of Congress, whose powers come from this most recent election, who chose to cast votes to undermine the presidential election purely because they didn't approve of the result, with absolutely no basis for fraud:
Daniel Meuser, Pennsylvania's 9th Congressional District
Scott Perry, Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District
Lloyd Smucker, Pennsylvania's 11th Congressional District
Fred Keller, Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District
John Joyce, Pennsylvania's 13th Congressional District
Guy Reschenthaler, Pennsylvania's 14th Congressional District
Glenn Thompson, Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District
Mike Kelly, Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District
Upon signing this petition, you are calling upon your member of Congress, if they are complicit in these actions, to resign from office. If your member of Congress is on the right side of history, you are calling upon them to take further action to hold these lawmakers accountable.

Your constituents disapprove in the strongest possible terms the way in which some members of Congress have enabled and emboldened the violence that we have seen in Washington, DC and in state capitals across the country. Our vote is our voice, and when people in positions of power decide to invalidate our votes to pursue their political objectives, we must hold them accountable.
We call on the following members of Congress to resign from office:
Daniel Meuser, Pennsylvania's 9th Congressional District
Scott Perry, Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District
Lloyd Smucker, Pennsylvania's 11th Congressional District
Fred Keller, Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District
John Joyce, Pennsylvania's 13th Congressional District
Guy Reschenthaler, Pennsylvania's 14th Congressional District
Glenn Thompson, Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District
Mike Kelly, Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District
We call on the rest of Pennsylvania's congressional district to take legislative action immediately under the 14th amendment to remove from office those who violated their oath of office and sought to empower seditious forces to undermine our democracy.
