Speak Out Against Enbridge's Air Permits

TCEQ

Stop Enbridge from Polluting Ingleside’s Air

Enbridge is asking the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for three new air permits (122362, PSDTX1430M2, and GHGPSDTX209) that would allow them to release more harmful emissions in Ingleside, Texas.

Our community is already burdened by industrial pollution. These permits would only make things worse—putting families, children, and vulnerable residents at risk. Enbridge has a long history of environmental violations, and they cannot be trusted to regulate themselves.

We’re calling on TCEQ to reject these permits until real protections are guaranteed, including independent, real-time air monitoring and strong enforcement.

Add your name today to protect Ingleside’s air and health.

Together, we can make sure our voices are heard and stop Enbridge from putting profit over people.

Thank you for standing up for clean air,

Stop Enbridge from Polluting Ingleside’s Air

We call on the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to reject Enbridge’s air permit requests 122362, PSDTX1430M2, and GHGPSDTX209.

These permits would allow Enbridge to release even more harmful emissions into the air we breathe in Ingleside, Texas. Our community is already burdened by industrial pollution, and these permits will only make things worse. Families, children, and vulnerable residents should not have to pay the price for corporate profit.

Enbridge has a troubling history of environmental violations. Time and again, they have asked for forgiveness instead of following the rules. They cannot be trusted to self-police under weak permit conditions.

We demand:

Independent, real-time air quality monitoring with public reporting

Enforcement by TCEQ or a neutral third party, not Enbridge itself

Stronger protections for community health before any permit is considered

Until these protections are guaranteed, TCEQ must deny these permits. Ingleside deserves clean air and accountability—not more pollution.
