We offer our strongest support for the University of Pennsylvania's decision to refuse to collect and share lists of names and personal contact information of Jewish students, faculty, and staff with the federal government.

We are deeply concerned by the Trump Administration's lawsuit, which demands that the University compile and provide the names, personal emails, phone numbers, and addresses of Jewish members of the Penn community, including those who have requested that their information not be shared with the government. We ask students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends to stand with Penn in its brave and necessary stance.
