Workers were illegally fired for organizing to improve conditions at the Walmart warehouse near Chicago. Walmart's contractor, Roadlink, broke the law. We demand that they live up to Walmart's Standards for Suppliers and reinstate the workers immediately and that Walmart enforce its own Standards for Suppliers.We need to stop illegal retaliation for organizing in the Walmart supply chain! I urge you to immediately reinstate the fired workers with full back pay. Illegal retaliation at the Walmart warehouse must stop and workers must return to work and be able to support their families. The National Labor Relations Board has issued a formal complaint on the Unfair Labor Practices committed in the Walmart warehouse by Roadlink Workforce Solutions. Workers were illegally fired for organizing to improve conditions in line with Walmart's Standards for Suppliers policy. The NLRB, a federal government agency, has called on Roadlink to reinstate the workers with back pay, yet Roadlink Workforce Solutions has stalled on settlement of the charges.
