As of August 15, the General Services Administration (GSA) disabled a key feature on regulations.gov that allowed public interest groups to submit comments from thousands of Americans. This quiet move silences collective voices and guts our ability to push back against harmful policies. It's censorship, plain and simple.

At the same time, Trump’s agencies are rolling back major regulations—on the environment, health, labor rights—without giving the public a chance to weigh in. By abusing legal loopholes, they’re dismantling protections behind closed doors and locking everyday people out of the process entirely.

Tell the General Services Administration and Donald Trump: Stop shutting down civic engagement. Immediately restore public comment tools that let Americans be heard in the capital and online.

This is a coordinated attack on civic engagement. The goal is clear: suppress dissent, serve corporate interests, and strip away public power.

We won’t stand by while our voices are erased. The GSA must restore full access to the public comment system. And the Trump administration must stop using backdoor tactics to kill regulations without public input.
