Despite the hard work and dedication of their employees, these companies have proposed the elimination of essential benefits, including the company’s contributions to employee 401(k) retirement plans, and have proposed that their employees contribute outrageous amounts toward the health and welfare coverage. These proposed changes threaten the financial security and well-being of the very people who help keep their businesses running day in and day out.
In today's challenging economic climate, these benefits are not just perks—they are necessities that allow workers to prepare for the future and maintain a standard of living that ensures their health and happiness. It is unjust and unethical to strip these hard-earned benefits from the hands of those who have worked tirelessly for them.
We must stand together against these union-busting tactics and defend not just our rights, but the very principles of fairness and equity that our communities stand for.
Sign this petition to urge these employers to cease all anti-union activities, negotiate in good faith, and honor the contracts that ensure the well-being and security of their employees. Together, we can stop these unfair practices and ensure that all workers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Your support can make a crucial difference in this fight. Please join us by signing the petition today.

I write to you today with a simple but urgent request: do the right thing. Provide the hardworking union members at your company with a fair and just contract. A contract that recognizes their value, respects their labor, and preserves their dignity.
Your employees show up every day committed to excellence. They are the reason your business operates, your customers are served, and your success continues. Yet, instead of rewarding their dedication, your team is proposing cuts to fundamental benefits such as 401(k) retirement contributions and health and welfare coverage. On top of that, you've hired an anti-union attorney to push these harmful proposals—further damaging trust and morale.
These actions do not reflect leadership. They reflect disregard. The union members are not asking for anything unreasonable—they’re asking for stability, fairness, and a voice in the workplace.
You have the power to change course. You have the opportunity to show that this company values not just profit, but people. We urge you to return to the bargaining table in good faith and negotiate a contract that honors the hard work and humanity of your employees.
Doing the right thing is rarely the easiest path—but it is always the most honorable. The entire community is watching, and we are standing with these workers until justice is done.
