- Bringing in Much Needed Housing: The 22-story tower will deliver much-needed housing in a transit-rich area, with a commitment to affordability through its 33% / 101 below-market-rate units. This ensures that working families, low-income residents, and essential workers have access to stable housing in the heart of the city.
- Supporting Our Communities: The project seeks to revitalize and make use of underutilized parcels of land, replacing a long-standing, deteriorating structure with a new, mixed-use residential building.
