As a member of the community, I am writing to express my support for Corning workers in their attempt to organize a union with the USW to gain a voice on the job. I am disappointed and upset to hear that you have already violated worker rights to form a union (NLRB Case 10-CA-344311). I urge you to cease all intimidation, coercive statements, and threats, and allow all workers to exercise their federally guaranteed right to form a union without interference or delay. I hope you will recognize the importance of giving all workers a seat at the table to ensure a stronger, democratic, and sustainable Corning.
