Support the Venezuela TPS Act of 2025 – Permanent Protection for Venezuelans in the U.S.

To the Members of the United States House of Representatives: We urge you to support and vote in favor of the Venezuela TPS Act of 2025.

Over half a million Venezuelans have fled political persecution, violence, and a humanitarian crisis in their home country, seeking safety and a better future in the United States.

Now, thanks to the bipartisan leadership of Representatives Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Darren Soto, and María Elvira Salazar, the Venezuela TPS Act of 2025 has been introduced in Congress. This crucial legislation seeks to grant Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Venezuelans through congressional action, offering lasting legal protection that is not subject to changes in executive policy.

AMAVEX and VEPPEX urge all members of the community to support this initiative. Add your name and help us send a clear message to Congress: it’s time to act!

TPS means safety, stability, and dignity for thousands of Venezuelan families who contribute to the fabric of American society every day.

We call on the United States Congress to pass the Venezuela TPS Act of 2025. Lives depend on it.
