Tell Congress: COVID Survivors & Families Deserve Financial Assistance
US Congress

For those who have survived COVID or lost loved ones - medical bills and ongoing treatment are raking up.
Currently there is NO relief for families that have loved ones or caretakers. There is no financial assistance for funerals or medical bills. There is no support for those who survived COVID and have need ongoing treatment.
As COVID deaths increase daily with little-to-no support from our politicians, we are calling on congress to give financial reparations to families and survivors.

We are demanding our congress members sign on to the Sanders/Jayapal Health Care Emergency Guarantee Act, that empowers Medicare to pay all of the costs of treatment for the uninsured, and cover all out-of-pocket costs for those with public or private insurance, for as long as this pandemic continues.
The legislation also bans surprise billing, empowers Medicare to purchase pharmaceuticals at the same prices as the VA, and prevents private insurance companies from increasing copayments and deductibles, or decreasing coverage, for the duration of the healthcare crisis.

Representative,
As COVID deaths reach over 200,000 COVID survivors and families are struggling to pay for funeral costs, medical bills, and/or treatment. This pandemic is a public health issue and its costs should be treated as such. Do you commit to signing onto the Sanders/Jayapal Health Care Emergency Guarantee Act?
