Tell Congress: Stop US tax dollars that fund Israeli oppression of Palestinians
US Congress
In April of 2021, Minnesota Congresswoman Betty McCollum introduced HR 2590. This legislation could have a lasting impact on American Foreign policy towards the Israeli government and its continued military occupation of Palestine.
This legislation is designed to promote and protect the human rights of Palestinians by ensuring that American tax dollars are not used by the Israeli government to detain Palestinian children, or towards the illegal destruction of Palestinian land, homes, or farmland.
Recent attacks on Palestinians and seizure of Palestinian homes in Sheikh Jarrah, East Jerusalem has meant this legislation is now urgent and Congress must ACT NOW to get this legislation passed and end the oppression assistance that US taxpayers give to the Israeli government!
