Tell Peloton to Replace its Delivery Contractor, XPO Logistics!
Peloton CEO John Foley
If you order a Peloton bike or tread, you want it to arrive on time and intact. But many customers say XPO’s shoddy shipping practices got between them and their workout, wasting time and money.
Change to Win surveyed over 1,000 Peloton customers in April 2019 and found that—of those who had their Peloton product delivered by XPO Logistics—33% reported late deliveries, product damage, incomplete assembly, and poor communication.
As compared to Peloton’s in-house team deliveries, the survey found that XPO deliveries were:
- 4x more likely to have problems in general;
- 6x more likely arrive late or not show up on the scheduled delivery date;
- 11x more likely to involve communication problems with customers; and
- 15x more likely to cause damage to the product being delivered or the customer’s personal property.
To make matters worse, customers have no option to choose their delivery provider and must pay $250 or more for the service.
Customers who spend thousands of dollars on Peloton bikes and treads expect quality—not a shoddy delivery provider that is anything but “white glove”.
Tell Peloton—it’s time to fix your deliveries and replace XPO Logistics.
