Tell Super One: Keep Your Hands OFF Our Union Healthcare!
Super One Foods

Super One Foods is one of the Midwest’s most beloved union grocery chains, and for decades, we’ve benefitted from a union-funded healthcare plan. Our union healthcare is important to us because under this plan, we have a voice to choose the affordable coverage our families need.
But now, Super One is trying to rip away our union healthcare so they can transfer us to a private insurance provider. This would cause a lot of uncertainty about how much our treatments cost and what’s even covered to begin with. Can you use your voice as a customer to tell Super One Foods to keep their hands OFF our healthcare? Sign our petition and show your support for union grocery workers in your community who deserve good, affordable coverage.
What’s at Stake:
If Super One forces us to switch from union healthcare to private insurance, we won’t know how much the cost of our premiums, deductibles, and treatment could increase year over year. On top of that, we’ll completely lose our say in what’s covered in our healthcare, how everything is funded, and where we can go to get treatment. Super One will be able to change our plan as they see fit, leaving us without any say in big-picture decisions that affect our well-being.
This is unacceptable - it’s not fair for Super One to make important decisions about our healthcare on our behalf. They need to respect our authority to make our own choices about the coverage we pay for. Plus, when we have good healthcare that we can rely on, it's easier for us to keep the shelves stocked and continue offering great customer service.

As a shopper at Super One Foods, I'm calling on you to stop interfering with the union workers' healthcare. They've benefitted from their union plan for years, and you need to respect their right to choose which coverage works best for them and their families. It's not fair for you to take their choice of healthcare away from them, especially since they've fought hard to win a voice on the job and negotiate a strong union health plan.
I encourage you to respect my voice as a customer and do right by your hardworking staff. Thank you.
