At any moment, the Supreme Court will decide if President Biden’s student debt cancellation program can go forward, or if they’ll allow political scheming to stop borrowers from getting the help they’re entitled to.

President Biden has the legal authority to cancel federal student loans. Debt cancellation is constitutional, and it’s critical. The Supreme Court must stand up to political pressure from special interests and do the right thing.

We urge the Supreme Court to rule in favor of borrowers and our economy by allowing loan cancellation to go forward. President Biden's debt cancellation plan is legal and stands to substantively help over 40 million Americans.
