We, the workers of TIME Union, have been fighting at the bargaining table for nearly three years negotiating for a contract to cover all print, digital, and TIME for Kids employees. Three years is an unacceptable amount of time for our members to have worked without the job protections, fair salaries, and guaranteed wage increases we unionized to secure. We cannot allow these conditions to continue with no end in sight.
A fair contract that covers all print, digital and TIME for Kids employees will allow workers across the company to do the work they’re proud of under the working conditions they deserve. A fair contract for TIME means a stronger future for the magazine, and the industry at large.
