Tell Walmart: Stop Dodging Your Taxes

Yet again, Walmart is attacking our local governments and communities! The retail giant has filed lawsuits against against 32 of Colorado's counties- HALF of the counties in our state. Walmart is claiming that they’ve been paying too much in taxes because of flawed county property assessments.

These lawsuits by tax scammers like Walmart undermine our local governmental institutions because they can result in big money settlements which threaten the fiscal health of our local governments and their ability to continue funding services to the community.
