Thank EPA staff for protecting our air, water, and health
EPA Staff
The Trump administration dealt a huge blow to the communities across our nation most impacted by air pollution and the climate crisis when they cruelly and callously decimated the Environmental Protection Agency’s division tasked with protecting frontline communities. They laid off 280 scientists, experts and line employees, shuttering the entire Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights.
While we don’t know what the future holds for the EPA, we do know that everyone there has worked hard to protect our air, water, and health.
Sign our note thanking EPA staff for protecting Americans most affected by the impacts of pollution and climate change.

Thank you for your dedication to keeping our air, water, and environment clean from toxic pollutants.
Your work has saved lives by:
-Preventing air and water pollution by setting and enforcing strict limits on toxic pollutants like soot, lead, and “forever chemicals.”
-Cleaning up toxic waste sites and places struck by environmental disasters like floods and wildfires that leave behind hazardous conditions.
-Protecting our climate by holding polluters accountable for their actions that worsen air and water quality.
…and so much more.
We are grateful for all that you do to protect our health and well-being.
Thank you.
