With over 200 reported cases to the plant, workers deserve to know that management is doing everything they can to keep workers safe! We, the members of IUE-CWA Local 86782, want our health and safety to be made the number one priority!
We are demanding that the company comply with the following:
1). That the company consults with the Union on implementing a robust and transparent contact tracing protocol.
2). That the Company implement appropriate spacing between shift changes to avoid dangerous crowding.
3). That the Company work with the Union to develop Covid-19 policies and procedures.
4). That the Company increases the number of hours that HR is available to help members with Covid-19 and workplace concerns.
