Since May 27th, more than 1500 Palestinians have been killed seeking aid at or near the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation's aid sites, which are manned by your own American contractors. Every day, more Palestinians die of starvation due to Israel's blockade on Gaza. You have the blood of unarmed, starving Palestinians on your hand.

In light of whistleblower testimonies and reports from on-the-ground journalists, I am concerned by UG Solutions' involvement in facilitating genocide in Gaza. I am writing to demand that UG Solutions align with global human rights standards by ceasing operations and ending its complicity in the genocide of Palestinians.

A first step to ending the genocide in Gaza is allowing the UN, a global body committed to upholding international law, to operate aid distribution. This cannot happen with American mercenaries, surveillance technology for facial recognition monitoring, or death traps of aid sites littered with green-tipped ammunition and barbed wire.

We demand that UG Solutions terminate contracts with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and pull out of Gaza.
