2025 Fort Worth City Council Report Card
Fort Worth City Council Report Card: Your Voice, Your City
The City of Fort Worth belongs to you — the residents, workers, students, and families who call this community home. As we approach the January 6, 2026, 6pm, City Council meeting, we’re launching the Fort Worth City Council Report Card — a community-driven survey designed to measure how well your elected leaders are representing your priorities, values, and needs.
This is more than a survey — it’s your opportunity to hold your City Council accountable. From public safety and affordable housing to transportation, environmental justice, and more, your feedback will shape a public scorecard that reflects the real experiences of Fort Worth residents.
Here are articles for four key votes that took place in 2025. These are key votes we organized and supported calls to action for community to speak at Fort Worth City Council.
Suspend DEI Vote | Racial Gerrymandering Resolution | Reduce Public Comments Vote | Environmental Justice: Fedex Permit Vote
Why your voice matters:
- Your input ensures that City Council decisions reflect the will of the people — not just the loudest or most powerful.
- The Report Card will be shared publicly ahead of the January 6 meeting to inform public comment and demand transparency.
- When residents show up — in writing, in person, or online — we shift the power dynamic. Elected officials listen when they see organized, informed, and unified community voices.
