Early educators and child care programs are holding up the District’s economy—and too often doing it without the funding and support they deserve. We are planning a Day Without Child Care- on Wednesday, March 18- to make visible just how essential child care is to families, employers, and the city as a whole. This day will feature of series of actions for your staff and parents to participate in, including an in-person rally at the District's seat of government, the Wilson Building (1350 Pennsylvania Ave NW).

The survey on the right side of this page is only for early learning program Directors who are ready for their program to participate in either a coordinated partial or full day of program closures. Your input will shape how we support programs, educators, and families to participate in a way that is meaningful, coordinated, and sustainable.
