The New Orleans Workers' Center for Racial Justice is a worker rights organization fighting for dignity, fair pay, and safe working conditions for workers across our city.

Restaurant and service workers are the backbone of New Orleans. Yet many workers struggle with low wages, unpredictable schedules, and a variety of other issues.

We're conducting this survey to better understand workers' experiences and identify the changes that service industry workers want.
