We are excited to invite you to the Buffalo Transit Riders Union (BTRU) Transit Equity Day bowling tournament, on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at the Knights of Columbus (1530 Kenmore Ave) starting at 5pm. As you know, BTRU has been working in pursuit of equitable public transit for the past decade. The fight continues as the region is set to begin implementation of large scale transportation projects. The truth is we need YOU!!!

By supporting the Transit Equity Day Tournament, you are helping us continue our fight to get a more equitable, accessible and inclusive public transit system. We believe that public transit is a RIGHT! Our current work includes fighting for a more reliable, affordable, and sustainable public transportation system. Making sure the public is aware of their voice and creating avenues to make sure the voice of RIDERS are prioritized. In order to do this effectively we must build our power. BTRU defines power as organized people and organized money. Help us BUILD!
