Bills move fast in the Virginia General Assembly! Virginia Conservation Network (VCN) organizes Conservation Lobby Day to ensure a strong conservation voice is heard early in the legislative session. Volunteer advocates are invited to join professional staff of our Network Partners as we meet with state legislators and encourage them to support environmental policy advancements.
Virginia Conservation Network will be hosting a webinar on Sunday, January 22nd from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Experts in the conservation field will brief Conservation Lobby Day participants on top line items in the 2017 Virginia General Assembly session.
VCN will be calling legislators' offices to make appointments for everyone who registers for Conservation Lobby Day—if you would like to make your own, please send your appointment information to kelley@vcnva.org.
