Agenda:

Introductions and sharing experiences
The Employment Rights Act – what it offers for organising at work and what it doesn’t – introduced by Stephen Beck.
Session led by Glasgow Workers for Trans Liberation who have been bringing together rank and file workers from many sectors and unions resisting transphobic workplace policy. They will talk through some tactics they’ve tried and explore what might be effective in your workplace.
