The way Vote Run Leads provides travel assistance for ground travel is a flat stipend (depending on distance) which will be sent to you through an online platform. If you need support to book a hotel room, we will reserve a room for you in our block. If you requested this support, you will receive a follow-up email from us with more details.

Travel, lodging, and meals provided in connection with the event are intended to support your participation in official program activities and are not considered gifts. Acceptance may be subject to applicable campaign finance, ethics, or reporting rules in your state or jurisdiction. By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable rules regarding campaign contributions, gifts, or other program-related support provided for participation. If helpful, we can provide documentation to support compliance.
