Join us in Aarhus for Health Equity: Local Action, Global Impact – UAEM Europe Conference 2025!

Step into a weekend of connection, collaboration, and inspiration at this year’s UAEM Conference in Aarhus, Denmark! From 11th to 13th April 2025, students from across Europe and beyond will gather to drive forward local and global action for health equity!

This year’s theme, Health Equity: Local Action, Global Impact, highlights the power of grassroots advocacy to create meaningful global change. Together, we will explore the intersection of student ingenuity, equitable healthcare access, and impactful activism, building a stronger movement for a fairer future.

Whether you’re new to access advocacy or a seasoned leader in the movement, the conference offers something for everyone. Participate in workshops tailored to all levels of experience, from introductory sessions unpacking the role of universities in the access to medicines movement to advanced discussions on scaling campaigns and navigating policy change. Engage with expert panellists as they share diverse perspectives and innovative approaches to tackling the barriers to equitable health.

The conference is designed to inspire and empower attendees to take their advocacy to the next level. Meet like-minded individuals, share ideas, and build lasting connections with passionate advocates from around the world. Together, we can amplify our voices, bridge knowledge gaps, and take actionable steps towards achieving global health equity.

By securing a ticket, you are confirming your attendance to the UAEM European Conference in 2025.*
Your contribution will help to make the conference possible by supporting UAEM Europe in the provision of essential logistics. Attendees will be provided with accommodation for 2 nights, and several meals during the event, taking place from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th April.

Travel Arrangements: If you are travelling to Aarhus, we encourage all participants to book their travels as early as possible to secure the best travel offers out there. Apply for travel assistance here!

Please note, you must be a member of UAEM Europe to be eligible for travel assistance. If you are a student in Europe and would like to become a member of UAEM Europe, please submit the membership form to office@uaem.org.

Accommodation: All attendees will be staying at either the home of Aarhus UAEMers or their friends, or at a local hostel (DanHostel) in Aarhus.

More logistical information will be provided after registration, so don't miss this opportunity to be part of an amazing event that's dedicated to driving real change in global health justice and access to medicines.
