This three-day interactive training– from Friday, August 9th through Sunday, August 11th – is a unique experience for leaders from labor, community, student and faith-based groups. Our last training was in 2019, so take advantage of this exciting opportunity to join with our coalition partners across the Commonwealth! This year, we're gathering at SEIU 509 Union Headquarters in Marlborough, Mass. In small group settings, we’ll learn with campaign experts from across the Jobs with Justice network about the essential skills of a strategic campaign and how to build power with others.

Our training provides practical organizing skills, delivers a common organizing language, and develops an orientation around personal mastery. Together we’ll develop a shared political and economic analysis regarding working people’s struggle for justice. Critically, our training will give you the tools to analyze and fight back against a corporate agenda, one that actively seeks to disorganize and extract wealth from our families, communities and the natural environment
