Justice Thomas Baker is the Democratic incumbent in Place 5 of Texas' 3rd Court of Appeals.

Tom is a life long Democrat, father, and navy veteran. He flipped Place 5 from red to blue in 2018, and has diligently served Central Texas for the last five years.
