Lodging Reservations for Democracy Convention 2017 are now CLOSED!

Lodging is available on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus for your convenience at the 2017 Democracy Convention. Double Rooms (shared room with 2 beds) and Single Rooms (private room with 1 bed) are available for participants to reserve (for Double Room reservations, please specify who you would like share the room with at the bottom of this form if you have a preference).

Space is limited and all lodging fees must be paid in advance. We are no longer able to provide a refund should you need to cancel, that deadline passed on May 25th.

Participants reserving COMPLETE LODGING will get precedence over participants choosing single day lodging options if lodging reservations exceed capacity.

*Please choose the correct ticket type for your current needs. To pay for your reservation, choose a ticket for EACH DAY you are reserving space or choose COMPLETE LODGING if you are reserving lodging for all 4 nights. Thank you.

Bed linens and towels are provided in all residence halls. They may be exchanged as needed at each Information Desk. Check-in is at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 2 and check-out is at 12:00 pm on Sunday, August 6.
