The Minnesota Young DFL and the Young Democrats of America are thrilled to invite you to Minneapolis for a weekend dedicated to building power, winning elections, and delivering real change.

In Minnesota, DFLers haven’t just won elections—we’ve delivered real, lasting change. The DFL’s governing trifecta has shown the nation what’s possible when we turn grassroots energy into electoral victories and use that power to pass bold, progressive policies. Now, as we gather in Minneapolis, we’re bringing Young Democrats from across the country together to learn from this success, sharpen our strategies, and build the next generation of movement leaders.

Under the theme Winning and Governing: The Minnesota Blueprint for Progress, this Young Democrats of America meeting will focus on the lessons behind Minnesota’s organizing success, the power of coalition-building, and the work required to sustain Democratic victories at every level of government. From labor rights and voting access to climate action and reproductive freedom, Minnesota has been at the forefront of delivering results for working families—because when Democrats win, we must govern boldly.

Over the course of the weekend, attendees will engage with campaign strategists, elected officials, and grassroots organizers to explore what it takes to build long-term Democratic power. With a packed schedule of training sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, we’ll dive deep into campaign organizing, messaging, voter outreach, legislative action, and the policies that drive progress. As we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, this meeting is a call to action for Young Democrats to take what we’ve learned here in Minnesota and apply it nationwide.
