Say yes to multi-family housing in Champaign!

Encourage Champaign City Council to approve the Special Use Permit at 919 W Hill.

The 109 year old fourplex predates the zoning code and has been operating under a Special Use Permit which has lapsed due to vacancy after mismanagement. The new owners inherited the property and are now hoping to restore the fourplex for new tenants, but cannot make any updates without the permit.

The Champaign City Council now has the chance to make a decision grounded in both precedent and common sense.

Approving this permit means keeping Champaign livable, not just for today, but for the generations to come.
