Fourth and Central at the LA City Planning Commission

The time has come - 4th and Central is coming before the City Planning Commission! Join fellow advocates at Los Angeles City Hall on Thursday, October 9th, to support over 1,500 new homes in DTLA, including over 200 affordable units. If approved, 4th and Central will also provide over 90,000 new square feet of public open space and economic vitality though thousands of new square feet for restaurants, retail, and offices. More importantly, this project is being built on a site currently housing a cold storage facility, so this will displace no one while providing homes for hundreds of families.
