APPRECIATE PASCO: GOOD DEEDS DAY FESTIVAL.

THE APPRECIATE PASCO FESTIVAL BUILDS COMMUNITY BY BRINGING TOGETHER NON-PROFITS, FOR-PROFITS AND ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS TO CELEBRATE DOING GOOD IN MULTIPLE DISCIPLINES IN PASCO COUNTY KICKING OFF VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION WEEK.

Last year the event took place in Land O'Lakes. This year the event will take place in East Pasco along the high traffic area of State Road 54 in Zephyrhills.

The 2019 Festival Co-Hosts are: United School Employees of Pasco – Retired (Land O Lakes), Florida Trailer Solutions (Zephyrhills), and Make A Difference (Dade City).

USEP-R brings Pasco schools into this years festival, while Make A Difference brings their network of Pasco Difference Makers into the celebration.

Arts & Crafts entities are invited to reserve a tabling space at the event and sell your items by completing this registration form and paying the appropriate fee.

• Arts & Crafts Original Makers & Artist Display - $20

To table, bring your own table, chairs, and personnel to man your promotional table for the duration of the festival. A canopy no larger than 10x10 is suggested, but not required. Set up at the location begins at 11:00AM and the festival starts at NOON. Break-down begins no earlier than 4PM. The festival officially closes at 5PM. Parking near your tabling space is temporary, so arrive early to unload. If you have a any special needs (such as electric, have a large vehicle, or need additional space to display), please email pascoactivists@gmail.com or call (813) 956-8661 to let us know.

Photo Notification:

While participating in the event and associated activities, your photo may be taken and be posted on the organizers parent website and by the event organizers social media outlets. Photos may also be taken and  posted by other participants. We cannot control other people taking photos and uploading them to sites we do not control. It is your responsibility to inform others if you do not wish to be photographed and inform us if photos within our control should be removed from the site(s).

By Joining This Event/Activity - You pledge:

I understand that during my participation in the Appreciate Pasco event or activities within the event, organized by Elise Mysels, I may be exposed to risks that include, but are not limited to, the dangers of serious personal injury, property damage, and death (“Injuries and Damages”).

I agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY Elise Mysels, its Organizers, event hosts and leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, that are in any way connected with the Event/Activity. I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS Elise Mysels and leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others while a participant in the Event and Event Activities. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me on the Activity.

If I bring guests to participate in the event I take full responsibility of the guests and agree to all above terms and conditions.
