We will be gathering with our signs at this busy Boulder intersection during the farmer's market to help spread the word that The Senate has the power to protect our democracy by amending the filibuster to pass the FOR THE PEOPLE ACT immediately upon return to DC.  

VOTING RIGHTS & OUR DEMOCRACY ARE UNDER ATTACK Racist, anti-democratic voter suppression laws like we haven't seen since the Jim Crow South are popping up all over the country. The census data was delivered on August 12 at which point many states began drawing partisan redistricting maps allowing politicians to pick their voters for the next decade. The senate must act urgently to save our democracy before it's too late. And they cannot let the filibuster be more important than saving our democracy. That's why, on the 58th anniversary of MLK's I Have A Dream speech at the historic March On Washington, we're marching on Washington, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Phoenix and cities across America including BOULDER!!
