On January 27th, the San Jose City Council will vote on changes to the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (IHO), the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance (MRO), and the extension of two housing incentive programs. Each of these proposals, in one way or another, worsen our housing and affordability crises by gutting affordable housing development, removing tenant protections, and providing subsidies for market-rate developers without any public benefit.

Join us to make public comment opposing these positions. Meeting begins at 1:30 pm with the MRO not being heard until 6pm. (Meaning: the other three will be heard in order along the agenda.)
