The Planning & Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee will be considering the Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance at a hearing Tuesday, Nov. 19! CHIP is the city's best shot at building the tens of thousands of new homes necessary to solve the housing crisis, and needs our help to make it better. Join YIMBY Los Angeles's inaugural action and fellow YIMBYs to advocate for more affordable housing options across the city!

We will be meeting in City Hall Park Center just south of City Hall at 1pm, then heading over to the Main Street entrance of City Hall to get in line for public comment! Hearing lengths significantly vary, so we're unsure exactly when you will speak. Expect to wait 1-2 hours for public comment.
