Leckey Gardens is headed to the Planning Commission on Monday February 9th!

This is the first site plan up for approval for the Langston Boulevard Area Plan! All 249 one/two/three/four bedroom homes on this site will be committed affordable, focused on households earning 30% to 60% area median income (AMI), including 10% permanent supportive housing (PSH).
