From small towns and Native reservations, and from the Iron Range to the Twin Ports, women across our region are meeting this moment with courage, love, strategy, and a commitment to standing up for our families, neighbors, and communities.
Women leaders in our rural communities carry a lot! We build, we care, we organize, and we persist— even when our leadership is overlooked, downplayed, or undermined by those who don’t yet understand our collective power.
This gathering is a chance to connect with other women leaders, organizers, activists, and caregivers who are rising and resisting in our rural region. We'll gather to uplift women's voices and leadership, to build relationships across geography and experience, and to imagine a future where we thrive together!
