On Friday afternoon, military-gear-clad ICE agents launched aggressive raids throughout Los Angeles. At one location, SEIU, USWW President David Huerta was assaulted, injured and detained while peacefully observing. While he has been released from the hospital, he remains in federal custody.

That was Cali, not Kentucky, but as for Kentucky...

ICE agents have also raided across the Common Wealth of Kentucky, and the tri-state. They would assault our rights and our people, enforcing fascistic and thuggish "rule of law" over the people of Kentucky and our neighbors. We, the people of Kentucky demand our rights, demand ICE out.

The people of Kentucky stood against the Confederacy. We stood against the Klan. We stood against the Nazis. The people of Kentucky do not fear fascism. As we are champions of human rights. Fascist and human rights violators will forever be the enemy of the people of Kentucky.

We demand that David Huerta be freed, and ICE raids be stopped immediately.

We want ICE out.
