Join us to show local and broader community opposition to the AUKUS deal which will shortly see up to 4 US  nuclear powered submarines on rotation at HMAS Stirling, Meeandip (Garden Island) and US low level radioactive waste stored there on the island - part requiring storage for nearly 300 years.

Please bring hats, sunscreen and water.

Kayakers and paddleboarders will launch from the southern side of  Val St jetty at 9AM and meet up with the swimmers on the ocean side of the southern pontoon.  Some nuclear free and other flags will be supplied.
