I'm attending an event called Solidarity Without Borders: DSA Political Exchange with MORENA, Part 2.

Join us for part 2 of our exchange series with MORENA! This event will focus on party/organization members in office. We have confirmed the following members in office to speak for DSA! Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, Alderperson Anthony Quezada (Chicago), and Councilmember Hugo Soto Martínez (Los Angeles). We hope to hear these DSA members in office as well speakers from MORENA address the following topics and questions: how they work within their given political structures as progressive and/or socialist; what barriers they face; what they believe still needs to change; what hopes they have within the current climate; how they view their political relationship with their respective organizations; where they see their organizations heading, and what changes they envision in the nature of their political relationship as things progress. This will be a very special and powerful event, and we hope it will lay the foundation for a growing relationship between DSA and MORENA. Please join us for this very unique opportunity!!
